Today was literally the first day, I woke up feeling normal, after my food poisoning affair… Including the week after, with the nastiest Antibiotics I’ve ever had… The Sun was out, the beaches were packed, only one thing to do, ride off into the mountains, where the roads were empty & free….
A truly beautiful day!

As a child, the drawing I made of my friend Lucy i

As a child, the drawing I made of my friend Lucy inspired Dad to write “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.”

In 2009, Lupus sadly claimed Lucy’s life.

Her passing inspired me to help raise awareness in the search for a cure for the disease, and 2 years later, I became a Global Ambassador for the Lupus Foundation of America.

As May is Lupus Awareness Month, I wanted to share how you can take action & help too:
